The Quality Policy is intended as a tool to achieve the process of business improvement, aimed at customer satisfaction and that of internal operators, suppliers and property.

 

The three main objectives of this Policy are:

• always maintain a high level of satisfaction among stakeholders, in particular the Company’s customers and partners;
• facilitate the participatory and sharing process, particularly among employees and collaborators;
• carry out each assessment on the basis of objective evidence and in compliance with the rules and regulations in use.

 

Metalsve s.r.l. has all the necessary certifications to guarantee the high quality of its operational processes. In particular:

• ISO 3834-2, the welding certification that defines the relative guidelines;
• UNI EN 15085-2, the standard concerning the requirements for the execution of steel and aluminium structures.

 

In addition to personnel qualified in controls according to the ISO 9712 Standard.

 

The Company intends to maintain certification in relation to the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 Standard as a strategic factor of competitiveness and qualification in the market and highlights its efforts in pursuing the continuous satisfaction of all customers and partners.

 

Company management is responsible for ensuring:

• an internal organisational model capable of always ensuring high and adequate technical-scientific skills and expertise, to be applied in the production and service sectors;
• interaction with customers and partners with a view to creating value by identifying present and future needs for the success of the company;
• a high professional level, through the performance of research and training activities or through the provision of services that always comply with the technical requirements, the procedures in use and the principles of sustainability.

 

The Quality Management System is based on a business risk assessment approach that makes it possible to determine the factors that could lead to process deviations from the ISO 9001:2015 Standard and to implement preventive controls to minimise negative effects and better seize the opportunities offered by the market, anticipating future trends.

 

Management is committed to ensuring that this Policy is understood, shared, implemented and adopted by all of its employees and collaborators. It also undertakes to share it with all stakeholders.

 

This document has been disseminated at all levels of the organisation through training meetings and posting within the Company in order to ensure that it is understood by all personnel, collaborators and third parties engaged in various capacities in the activities and services offered by Metalsve s.r.l.

 

Based on the general principles set out below, measurable objectives have been defined and are monitored during the annual reviews by the Management Team, in order to continuously improve the effectiveness of the system.

8. Continuously review the Quality Policy to ensure that the people engaged with Metalsve s.r.l., in particular employees and collaborators, fully understand its contents and undertake to implement them and that stakeholders are always informed of the evolution of the Company’s reference context.
